Overview

By using BlobMap, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you don't agree, do not use the service.

"BlobMap" refers to the software product available at blobmap.com and its associated services. "You" refers to the individual or organisation using BlobMap.

Using the service

You may use BlobMap for any lawful purpose. You agree not to:

• Use the service to harm others or engage in illegal activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or reproduce the service
• Use the service to collect or harvest data about other users without consent
• Impersonate other individuals or organisations

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. BlobMap cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

You must notify us immediately at hello@blobmap.com if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

Your data

You own the data you put into BlobMap. We do not claim any rights over your content. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You can export your data at any time. If you delete your account, your data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Billing and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. All fees are exclusive of taxes, which may be added depending on your location.

If you downgrade from a paid plan, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods, except within the first 30 days of subscribing — in which case we offer a full refund, no questions asked.

Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

Support is provided via email. Response times vary by plan. Enterprise customers receive dedicated support under a separate SLA.

Limitation of liability

BlobMap is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your settings page. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of any material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
